I was by Cape may matcauthon12, although I really wasnt able to go anywhere...rela tives and all that, i went around walking and stuff...yup

G4 takes the top entrants and sends them to Mt. Midoriama in Japan to compete on Ninja Warrior, a popular Japanese show and the most difficult obstacle course ever, broken into 4 stages. Only 2 men in 11 years have ever won. Last year, the two American Ninja finalists were Skynative and NoSole. Skynative got father than any of the Japanese competitors.

G4 just announced they are having the American Ninja 3 contest. Submissions are due July 31. Too bad you have to be 21 years old to enter :(

Hey anyone here from Boston? I'm going to be there Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday and I'm trying to get some training in. I'd be willing to meet up at the Chinatown YMCA, it looks like a great spot :)

Just got back from vacation in Spain. Didn't have my sneaks with me but I still got a couple of moves in. Everyone go to the Rock of Gibraltar now. Best training place ever.
