The concept of the Progression video series is a slow, steady, and safe progression of movement. After teaching many people with this method and seeing them bloom into intuitive and dynamic traceurs I would have to disagree that the concept is backwards. Not only does this method allow people to develop mentally as traceurs, it allows them to slowly build muscle along with techniques so that they never attempt things beyond their physical ability.
I am glad to see that the majority of people understand the aim of the video and have taken it with a grain of salt. I can only cram so much into...
