Well, I'm severely bony. When I curl my body, a few of my vertebrate stick out. I also have an incredibly bony shoulder. I'm fine rolling on grass, but when I roll on concrete, I can actually hear the bones from my back hitting the cement. Oh. And it hurts. There's about four or five vertebrate sticking out.
Now, is there any advice you can offer to avoid hitting the bones? If you want, I could get a video of me doing a roll on cement without a shirt on, and I could get a picture of my back when it's curled.
Any advice related to reducing the amount of bone sticking out, avoiding the bone...
