Another Year of Parkour - 2008
Accomplishments:
In 2007 I started two separate weekly parkour classes for beginners in San Francisco. One at a local gym and another outdoors and free to all. It was a huge success as literally hundreds of students crossed my path...guys, girls, young, and old.

Goals:
In 2008 I plan I adding more conditioning to my training by attending Adhesives's weekly sessions. I would like to keep my classes going, and keep getting people to make the move from the gym to the outdoors. I would also like to offer some more advanced sessions for those who are no longer beginners. Finally I want to make so...

Another Year of Parkour - 2008
With the new year upon us, it's a great time to reflect on our 2007 training and make some resolutions for 2008. For example, Adhesive has decided to host weekly conditioning sessions in San Francisco as a benefit for the community. Let's hear everyone's goals for the new year, talk about how we can improve our communities, and come up with three changes or improvements we'd like to see in the North American community as a whole...

Leave a comment with your accomplishments, your goals, and your ideas! And of course, HAPPY NEW YEAR!
