Another Year of Parkour - 2008

Accomplishments:
In 2007 I started two separate weekly parkour classes for beginners in San Francisco. One at a local gym and another outdoors and free to all. It was a huge success as literally hundreds of students crossed my path...guys, girls, young, and old.

Goals:
In 2008 I plan I adding more conditioning to my training by attending Adhesives's weekly sessions. I would like to keep my classes going, and keep getting people to make the move from the gym to the outdoors. I would also like to offer some more advanced sessions for those who are no longer beginners. Finally I want to make so...

With the new year upon us, it's a great time to reflect on our 2007 training and make some resolutions for 2008. For example, Adhesive has decided to host weekly conditioning sessions in San Francisco as a benefit for the community.
