Things like people not knowing the need for conditioning, or not knowing how to incrementally and progressively build up to something, or safety precautions, or that it isn't reckless or extreme or destructive or even dangerous when done right, or learning the true spirit of what we do and why we do it. Things like that are what matter. Not parkour is X and freerunning is Y.
